I have a pre-owned spa which had been out of commission for a few months due to a hardware problem I wasn't able to fix myself. I was hesitant to call a repair company, fearing it would cost me more than the tub was even worth.My spa had a very peculiar issue but Warren (the spa tech) expertly figured out the problem and after getting a new part from the manufacturer (in just one day!) he came back and fixed my spa in under an hour. I'd told him about the nightmare I'd had trying to fix the tub and he gave me a great rate on the repair and also only charged me the actual cost of the part which is pretty much unheard of in any business.Warren is super friendly and professional. I'm so glad to have finally found a reputable spa repair company. If anything ever goes wrong in the future I will only work with warm springs pool and spa repair.

Since 2018 we have used Poolmart. Whilst they started off with excellent service... it went downhill from there.(Images of pool on 40 degree day - one week from pool technician attendance - below)Short history.- Purchased the top of the range Auto Pool chlorinator at David's request. Has not functioned correctly since 2019. Constant ACL Error issues. The only reason they came to address the issue was following a threat to take the matter to Consumer Affairs.- Upon repair" finally in November. The issue returned. Constant calls to their office and emails remain unresponded to.- The pool technician that attends to maintain the pool castigates us because the pool is green. Incredible - as we purchased an Auto Clorinator from them and pay them to maintain the pool.Whilst David seems to be a very knowledgable fellow - his after sales service is abominable.AVOID.(PS David - if you read this. Next communication will be from Consumer Affairs)"

Wanted to leave some feedback after my experience at poolwerx in secret harbourI am totally blown away The young gentleman that helped me today, tested my pool water and gave me the best advice I have ever received from a pool shop. His thoroughness and attention to detail was outstanding under normal circumstances this is amplified especially when the shop was so busy with customers waiting he explained what I needed to do to resolve my pool issues.Great service attentive and comprehensiveWill be back and a regular of poolwerx secret harbour cannot thank you enough

I was shopping around for suction pool vacuum and visited Joondalup Pool Mart had 2 really helpful salespersons show me what the store had but admitted they were not as knowledgeable as one of the senior salesperson Darren who had left for the day and said he could email me details which he did that night and gave me great advice which I also googled and decided to purchase a Kreepy Krauley Sprinta from them. We are really happy with our purchase and it pays to talk to experts because as before we purchased a vacuum from a well known hardware store but you don’t get the personal backup…Thank you Darren and team

The team at Poolmart Joondalup have been fantastic with their advice and help. I recently needed to replace my entire pool cleaning system, and I received the very best of assistance from Darren. He provided me with 3 different set-up quotes from a basic system through to a very high end system of variable speed pump, filter, and chlorinator. I chose to go with the high end system and it was all installed straight away (just prior to Xmas). Steve then came out specifically to talk me through how it all works and helped me to set up the new in-pool cleaner as well. Great work guys!!
